The logo and a mockup of the front and back of the business card

This logo and business card layout was commissioned by a friend of mine who was looking to start a 3D printing service with his brother. This friend of mine is a very talented software engineer, and he was looking to print and sell a variety of custom-designed kits, as well as eventually props and custom order services.
The target audience of the project was other creative individuals who wanted their models printed or were looking to purchase from our selection of props, replicas, and so on. When he approached me for the project, the name had already been chosen, so the idea for the logo was fairly cut and dry, it was just a matter of designing a broken sword that looked ornate enough but wasn't too complicated for use as a logo. After a bit of brainstorming, I designed this in Illustrator for him, as well as the front and back of a potential business card.

The logo itself, a shattered claymore-style sword, created by me in Adobe Illustrator
